Fur Or Sherpa?

The biggest debate you may have at the check out is deciding whether you choose Fur or Sherpa!

Let me help you make the most informed choice:

Lets start with that Both the Fur and Sherpa Fleece are FAUX Furs designed and manufactured to the highest quality in a small factory in the UK, to our specification.

Around 6/7 out of 10 orders we get currently are for the White Fox Fur, possibly for its luxurious aesthetic. However both furs are just as warm as each other.

Pros & cons of each Fabric:

White Fox Fur:

Looks Luxurious, warm and cosy, super soft, does malt its fibres when the fabric is new- this will stop with use, can be washed following the guidelines however needs stricter wash care than the sherpa fleece

Sherpa Fleece:

The Chunkiest Sherpa fleece available, warm & cosy, super soft, better for dogs who will be using the bed to sleep in every night, can be washed more regularly than the Fur, as this is a thicker fabric it will make the bed appear very slightly smaller than the Fur.

From our experience so far in manufacturing, Dogs who are notorious destroyers who have had the Sherpa fleece lining have been less likely to destroy the bed. This is not me saying the Sherpa Fleece is indestructible, because there is no such thing. This is just our experience so far and dogs who destroy their beds should still be watched when the bed is first introduced.
